Cheese Tortillas are the new loaded Nachos
Loaded nachos topped with cheese, chili, or even just sour cream and salsa are bound to get soggy while they sit. The better way to go is crispy cheesy tortilla melts! Mix your favorite cheeses - we like parmesan, mozzarella and cheddar - spread them on one side of the tortilla, top the other side with Maggi's Coriander & Garlic Cooking Paste for an easy flavor boost, fold in half and cook until the cheese is melted. If you like them spicy, add some jalapeno slices. If you like them crispy, sprinkle a thin layer of cheese over one side at the end of the cooking time!
