    Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until they become translucent.

    Add the carrot, potato, zucchini, and cabbage to the pot. Stir and cook for a few minutes until the vegetables start to soften.

    Add the chopped tomatoes, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder,. Stir well to combine.

    Dissolve the Maggi vegetable bouillon cube in 3 cups of water. Pour the bouillon mixture into the pot with the vegetables.

    Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for about 20-25 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
